Specific service terms, including scheduling, scope of work, payment terms, and cancellation policies, will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided to you before work begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Snow removal services operate on contract terms that are specified separately due to the weather-dependent nature of the work.
6. Property Access and Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for the performance of agreed-upon services. You are responsible for notifying us of any hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, or other conditions that may affect our ability to safely perform services. Better Turf & Snow is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed property features.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Better Turf & Snow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Weather and Force Majeure
Lawn care and snow removal services are inherently affected by weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of work or safety of our team. Such rescheduling does not constitute a breach of these Terms or any service agreement.
